The coupling between the sensor and the pipeline is not good, and the coupling surface has gaps or bubbles.
Solution: A. Clear the pipe again and install the sensor. B. Smooth the pipe away from the weld. C. Select a smooth pipe material or lining where the inner surface of the steel pipe or the like is smooth. D. Select the appropriate other type of instrument. E. Remove the glass fibers. F. Move the sensor to the unsleeved pipe section. G. Reinstall the couplant.
