1, before use, should be carefully checked as required to prevent the load from starting. Under normal circumstances, the weight is determined by the condition of the conveyor belt running, and it is necessary to follow the principle that the weight should be as light as possible without skidding.

2. The deviation of the conveyor belt should be promptly taken to correct it. Avoid rain on the conveyor belt during rainy days to prevent running deviation. If the material is skewed to the right when it is transferred, the belt is deflected to the left and vice versa. Therefore, the material should be centered as much as possible during use. At the same time, in order to reduce or avoid such deviation of the conveyor belt can increase the baffle, change the direction and position of the material. However, a soft and moderate baffle plate should be used to avoid scratching the belt surface.

3. The conveyor belts of different types and specifications should not be used together. The joints are preferably glued by hot glue. The direction of the joints should follow the direction of the conveyor belt to avoid cracks at the joints.

4, the conveyor belt speed should not be too fast, the transmission block is large, the abrasive material should be used as low as possible. At the same time pay attention to check whether the material contains sharp impurities, to avoid damage caused by the insertion of the transmission belt during transmission.

5. The feeding direction should be consistent with the running direction of the conveyor belt, and the feeding should be uniform to avoid causing local overload.

6. When the conveyor is in use, the idler is covered by the material. If the leakage material is stuck between the roller and the tape, it will cause the rotation not to work. Check the inspection. Regularly add lubricant to the moving parts of the conveyor belt, but be careful not to contaminate the conveyor belt.

7, to avoid the conveyor belt suffered racks, pillars or block material block, to prevent breakage tear, found that the conveyor belt is partially damaged, the application of artificial cotton timely repair, so as not to expand.

8. When using outdoors, it should try to avoid the sun and rain, so as to avoid aging of the conveyor belt.
