Turbine flowmeter is widely used in the measurement of closed pipes and stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13 and corundum AI2O3, hard alloys do not corrode, and no impurities such as fibers, particles, etc., the kinematic viscosity at working temperature is less than 5 × 10-6m2 / s Liquid, for liquids with a kinematic viscosity greater than 5×10-6m2/s, can be used after real-time calibration of the flowmeter. It can also be used for quantitative control and over-alarming. It is an ideal meter for flow metering and energy saving.
1 Turbine flowmeter horizontally mounted sensor requires that the pipe should not have a visually sensible tilt (within 5°). The vertical deviation of the vertically mounted sensor pipe should be less than 5° and the fluid direction should be downward.
2 Where there is no stopping flow, bypass and shut-off valves should be installed. If the fluid contains impurities, install the filter on the upstream side; if it contains gas, install the air eliminator on the upstream side. The drain and air vents of the filter and getter should lead to a safe place.
3 The flow regulating valve should be installed downstream of the sensor. The upstream shut-off valve should be fully open during measurement and must not generate vibration or leakage. For the process that may produce reverse flow, a check valve should be added to prevent reverse flow of fluid.
4 The sensor should be concentric with the pipe and the gasket should not protrude into the pipe. The sensor should not be at the high point of the horizontal pipeline, so as to avoid the gas accumulated in the pipeline (such as air mixed in the stop flow) staying at the sensor, it is difficult to discharge and affect the measurement.
5 The front and rear pipes of the sensor should be firmly supported and no vibration is generated. For the clotting fluid, heat insulation measures should be taken for the sensor and its front and rear pipes.
