Walter: DC170 drilling new flag

As a new mark for hole processing, DC170 climbed onto the international stage of metal cutting at the 2014 AMB exhibition in Stuttgart. New style, obviously different – ​​the unique design and bronze appearance of the land marks a new level of performance for the drill. Two models with sizes 16xDc and 20xDc will initially be available, and will be available in October of this year. The DC170 is more reliable, more stable, smoother, and more efficient than traditional geometric carbide drills.

Higher process reliability: The new drill uses internal cooling. The smooth groove makes the cooling lubricating fluid flow evenly, and at the same time avoids the dangerous obstacles of tangling. The innovative design of the cutting edge allows the cooling fluid to continuously flush the drill bit from all directions. The cooling effect is unparalleled.

Higher life: The cutting edge is more powerful and the DC170's stability is incredible. It can effectively dissipate heat even at extreme temperatures.

Higher drilling quality: The effect of the new land structure is that the bit rotation is significantly smoother. Because vibration is continuously guided and minimized, the DC170 is completely trustworthy.

Lower production costs: The iconic heat sink provides protection for optimal operating temperatures. The newly manufactured drill bit has eight distinct notches and it is also used as a retrofit scale. The DC170 drill bit can be refurbished up to three times until there are only two heat sinks left. Now users can fully tap the renewal potential, thereby reducing production costs.
