On the same day, the first batch of 15 LNG new energy passenger buses purchased in Quangang District invested 4.275 million yuan were officially put into operation at the Quanzhou-Quanzhou Passenger Terminal Line. All passenger vehicles use LNG as fuel. This is the first time that Quangang has put new energy vehicles into passenger transportation.
“With the same mileage, compared with traditional fuel buses, the fuel consumption cost of LNG new energy buses can be reduced by 25%.†Lin Jianyang, deputy manager of Quangang Motor Transport Company, said that the most outstanding advantage of LNG new energy buses is energy saving and environmental protection.
